A new crepe-focused eatery is planned for Montgomery, with Angels Crepes Restaurant set to join Pine Market Town Center, according to Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation records. Work will begin soon at the mixed-use retail center, located at 810 Pine Market Ave., to make room for the upcoming concept.
The project was registered with the TDLR on August 4, and the filing identifies the work as a renovation/alteration project of an approximately 2,390-square-foot unit. The renovation carries an estimated value of $240,000.
According to Zabalist, construction is scheduled to begin in September, with an estimated completion date in February. KaFCy Design & Build, based in Katy, is the design firm listed for the project.
Additional details about Angels Crepes Restaurant have not been publicly announced, and an official opening date has not been published.
This brings a new food-and-beverage option to Pine Market Town Center, a 40-acre commercial plaza nestled by the Woodforest community. Anchored by a Harvest Market grocery store, the district has more than 30 retailers, hospitality destinations, and a central lawn for community events and concerts.
