The first project, located at 6405 Telephone Rd, Houston, TX 77061, has an estimated cost of $203,000. According to the permit, this remodel will include new finishes, ceilings, doors, lighting, fixtures, and shelving across its 1,900 square feet. Construction is set to begin in March 2025, with a completion date scheduled for September 2025.
A second Houston location at 1533 N Wayside Dr, Houston, TX 77020, is undergoing an even more comprehensive renovation, estimated at $205,000. The scope includes an interior and exterior remodel, with updates to walls, mechanical and electrical kitchen equipment, finishes, ceilings, and more. The 1,896-square-foot space will begin its transformation in March 2025, targeting a completion date of November 2025.
In Wharton, at 2400 N Richmond Rd, a previously shuttered Church’s Chicken will soon be making a comeback. The estimated $204,000 remodel will see upgrades to the walls, ceilings, light fixtures, and finishes in its 1,700 square feet. Construction is expected to start in April 2025, with a planned project finish for October 2025.
