Einstein Bros. Bagels is expanding its footprint in the Greater Houston region with two additional openings. After opening a store in Humble this month, the booming breakfast chain is planning on opening another location in the Oak Forest neighborhood.
According to a recent press release, Einstein Bros. Bagels is slated to open this summer at 3321 Ella Blvd.
“Houston has continued to show us love, and 18 locations in, we’re just as committed to this community as it has been to us,” Einstein Bros. Bagels Chief Operating Officer Adam Modzel said in the press release.
“The city’s food culture demands the best quality, and that’s exactly what we’re here to deliver every morning.”
Einstein Bros Bagels has become widely known and loved throughout the world for its unique bagel offerings featuring everything from blueberry to cheddar jalapeno. In the 1990s, the company bought out several retail bagel chains from regions around the US that lacked bagel traditions.
After filing for bankruptcy in 2000, the company was bought out by New World Coffee. It became part of Panera Brands in August 2021. The brand started in 1995 in Miami. There are now more than 700 Einstein Bros locations across the country.
As Bagel Brands, the brand behind the operation, continues to grow its footprint across the state, you’re sure to see more Einstein Bros Bagels pop up throughout the country.
