Läderach Chocolate is embarking on a remodel of its Houston Galleria shop. According to a recently filed permit, Läderach Chocolate at 5135 W. Alabama St. is slated for $400,000 worth of alterations to the 903-square-foot shop.
The permit details that construction on the Houston Galleria Läderach Chocolate is expected to start at the beginning of August this year and wrap up at the end of October. It is suspected that the shop will be closed during the renovations and is expected to reopen by fall.

The Läderach Chocolate marketing team confirmed the construction project but was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.
