Seven Sushi & Robata is embarking on opening its second eatery. The all-you-can-eat sushi concept is expected to open in Midtown at 3304 Milam, according to Culture Map.
The new Seven Sushi & Robata will take over the former Beer Market and D’Alba Cafe space on the corner of Milam Street and Stuart Street. The plan is to open the new eatery later this year.
What Now Houston reached out to co-owner Leo Xi to find out more about the upcoming opening. Unfortunately, we did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“Welcome to Seven Sushi & Robata, the latest concept from husband-and-wife restaurateurs Grace and Leo Xia, the team behind Houston favorites Duck N Bao and Hongdae 33,” the Seven Sushi & Robata website reads.
“Located in Dun Huang Plaza in the heart of Asiatown, Seven brings a fresh take on all-you-can-eat dining with an expansive menu of sushi, robata-grilled skewers, and Japanese-inspired small plates made with premium ingredients. Designed to blend contemporary style with authentic flavor, Seven offers a vibrant, high-quality dining experience where guests can enjoy exceptional food, warm hospitality, and unbeatable value — all under one roof.”
The brand debuted in Chinatown’s Dun Huang Plaza back in November last year. Seven Sushi & Robata enthusiasts and curious eaters can expect the same menu rollout at the new location. The eatery will be open for lunch and dinner daily, offering a pricing structure of $22 for lunch and two options for dinner: a $37 core menu and a $57 premium menu.

The husband-and-wife duo behind the brand are known for local Houston favorites Duck N Bao and Hongdae 33.
