A new business is taking shape on Jacksonville’s Northside, where Daye’s Liquor & Lounge is planned for a new commercial development at 11939 Pulaski Road.
A permit application for Daye’s Liquor & Lounge Inc was submitted for review in October according to city records.
The business is planned for 11939 Pulaski Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218, a commercial property just off Interstate 295 in the Oceanway area. Daye’s Liquor & Lounge Inc. was incorporated in Florida in August 2025 and lists the Pulaski Road address as its principal business address.
The Pulaski Road property has been undergoing commercial development, with previous permits showing construction of the site’s building and shell-space alterations. A 2025 permit for the property included 3,000 square feet of shell-space work for Units 7 and 8, while the property itself has been identified as a commercial retail and office site.
