Just by the water in Flagler Beach, near Veterans Park, a new restaurant project looks to be taking shape. It’s called Slapperz, or Slapperz on Second, and it’s opening (guess where) on Second Street, according to submitted plan review documents.
What Now came across the documents, which were submitted by Slapperz LLC, on Wednesday. They show Slapperz on Second opening at 209 S Second St, between South Central and South Daytona Avenues.
What Now reached out to Denys Kazak, one of the principals behind Slapperz LLC, to ask about plans for Slapperz on Second. Kazak was not immediately available for comment.
The restaurant’s website, slapperzon2nd.com, is still under construction.
As a result, the details about this new restaurant project are staying largely under wraps for now, but stay tuned for updates as more information becomes available.
Opening in the South Second Street location, Slapperz would join a restaurant community that includes Vessel Sandwich Co., Yes Coffee, Barnhill’s Cafe Bar & Grill, Flagler Tea Company, and more.
