Club Pilates is set to open another studio in the coming days in St. Johns County as part of an effort to develop strength, balance and flexibility among the community residents of SilverLeaf.

Club Pilates has received approval to build a new studio inside the SilverLeaf Market, reports the Jacksonville Business Journal. This center is anchored by Publix and can be found at SilverLeaf Parkway.

Club Pilates’ workout sessions focus on Reformer group class sessions that make use of other equipment such as TRX, springboards and EXO chairs. The workout sessions include elements of strength, mobility, stability and balance with various options and levels.

Club Pilates already has a footprint in the Jacksonville region and is looking to add more studios in Florida. For instance, Club Pilates Oakleaf offers various workout sessions such as Reformer Flow, Cardio Sculpt, Restore and Center + Balance.

Club Pilates joins other tenants that have plans to locate at SilverLeaf Market.

A date for the opening of the new studio has yet to be announced.
