Randy’s Donuts is currently in the process of launching serious growth in Las Vegas. As What Now Las Vegas reported last February, a total of 7 company-run locations are expected for the area, beginning with a drive thru location at 4693 Blue Diamond Road. Later What Now Las Vegas reporting covered several more locations added, and another seems to be emerging now: building permit paperwork describes a Randy’s Donuts tenant improvement on W Charleston, a “+/- 2,670 s.f. donut shop remodel” at 10267 W Charleston Blvd.
“Since I purchased Randy’s Donuts with my family in 2015, my intention has always been to continue the rich tradition of baking the world’s best donuts since 1962 and expanding that tradition beyond the city of Los Angeles,” owner Mark Kelegian in a press release at the time the new was announced. “Las Vegas has grown to be known for more than its gaming industry, and we thank the city and quickly feel right at home joining its incredible food scene serving our beloved donuts.”
The Manchester Blvd Randy’s Donuts in Inglewood, CA offers its donuts in categories of ascending complexity, ranging from $1.40 to $3.15 apiece. Classic Donuts include familiar varieties like Glazed Raised and Powdered Sugar Cake. Deluxe varieties include the Chocolate Iced Cruller and Blueberry Iced Cake, while Fancy donuts include bear claws, apple fritters, and other confections. At the top of this confectionary hierarchy are Premium donuts: Matcha Tea Raised, Oreo Raised, and the decadent Bacon Maple Long John, to name a few.
The W Charleston location is situated on the southeast corner of the intersection with Indigo Dr, just north of Faith Lutheran Middle School’s baseball and football fields. It neighbors a Taco Bell and Soru Ramen Sushi and Boba Milk Tea, across the street from Vintner Grill.
