Southwest Las Vegas is getting a new brunch option. Butcher & Thief is introducing a brunch menu this Mother’s Day on May 10. After the debut, brunch will be served every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Butcher & Thief is one of the locals’ favorite southwest Las Vegas steakhouses at 8670 W Sunset Rd. The restaurant is known for its lunch, dinner, and happy hour menus. Now, it is introducing a new brunch menu for its diners.
The brunch menu blends classic comfort foods with the steakhouse’s elevated approach. The Mother’s Day debut sets a comforting tone for the daytime-friendly dining experience.
Chef and Founder, Cory Harwell, described the decision to add a brunch menu as a natural next step for the restaurant. Harwell stated, “We wanted to take the classics people know and love and put our own spin on them, while still keeping the bold flavors and attention to detail that define Butcher & Thief.”
Brunch Menu Highlights

The brunch menu at Butcher & Thief will feature classic egg-focused staples, offering both delicious and healthy options. Here’s a list diners can choose from:
- Steak & Eggs served with soft scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and sourdough toast
- American Breakfast
- Garden Quiche made with Cooper’s Sharp
- Garbage Benedict made with Nueske’s bacon, house sausage, poached egg, hashbrowns, brioche, and smoked cheddar hollandaise
The menu also includes sweet selections. So, the restaurant has included Banana Flapjack, Apple Brown Betty, and Carrot Cake French Toast to delight individuals with a sweet tooth.
Butcher & Thief has included its popular lunch selections as well as new additions for quick snacks like sandwiches. The menu also offers light dishes for a refreshing and energizing brunch outing.
