Several Las Vegas Blvd Auntie Anne’s locations appear to have been part of a major acquisition earlier this year by Fresh Dining Concepts LLC, which bought a total of 73 Auntie Anne’s locations from Double P Corporation. Business license paperwork filed with Clark County this week for several locations on the Las Vegas Strip reflect the ownership change. These include Auntie Anne’s locations at Fashion Show Las Vegas, the Miracle Mile Shops, and Las Vegas South Premium Outlets.
“Hats off to the Double P team for building a wonderful collection of Auntie Anne’s locations. We were beyond impressed with the portfolio and see this as a clear expression of our strategic expansion plans,” Kevin Bush, Chief Strategy Officer for Fresh Dining Concepts, was quoted as saying in QSR Magazine earlier this year.
The growth reflects an expansion on the part of Fresh Dining Concepts from the East Coast and Texas to include the West Coast and the Midwest.
Auntie Anne’s offers a variety of takes on the soft pretzel, which, in addition to the Original, come in flavors like Cinnamon Sugar, Sour Cream & Onion, Sweet Almond, and Pepperoni. Also on offer on are Pretzel Nuggets and Pretzel Dogs (pretzel-wrapped hot dogs). The perfect snack gets completed by the perfect dip: Caramel, Hot Salsa Cheese, Sweet Glaze, and more.
