Las Vegas-based beer brewer Modest Brewing Company is preparing to make its debut. Soon, the Arts District will be invited to “Step Into Modest Brewing Company and Experience the Art of Craft Brewing.”
This week, What Now came across licensing paperwork submitted to the City of Las Vegas by Modest Hospitality LLC. The paperwork is for both a beer & wine on-premise license and a brewpub license, with an opening planned at 918 S Main Street Suite B.
“Modest Brewing Company is ready to bring delicious beer to the Las Vegas Valley. With a 10 bbl brewhouse, Modest will not only be serving your new favorite beer at our taproom, but you’ll be able to get it at your favorite local watering hole as well,” says the Modest Brewing Company website’s About Us page. “We at Modest believe that modesty is the best policy. We’ll be serving up easy drinking, clean beer, perfect for the hot Las Vegas summers. But don’t fret, we can’t be modest all the time. That’s why we’ll have our ‘Un-Modest’ series, featuring delicious sours, classic European strong ales, and some other surprises.”
The menu and beer list at the upcoming brew pub is still under wraps for the moment. What Now reached out on Tuesday to owner Scott Seales to ask about plans for the Modest Brewing launch. Seales was not immediately available to discuss the opening.
