Mothership Coffee Roasters looks to be expanding, adding a fourth coffee shop in Summerlin. According to construction permit plans filed by the Green Valley coffee roasters, their latest coffee shop will join the Shops at Summerlin.
Founded in 2012 by Juanny Romero, Mothership Coffee along with Sunrise Coffee operates four locations in Henderson and Downtown Las Vegas.
Their coffee is carefully sourced from sustainable growers, roasted locally, and are paired with fresh baked pastries. Mothership Coffee adopts a modern and futuristic style in their coffee shops, focusing on bringing together the community to gather around their coffee products.
Menu highlights include the Cold Brew Latte and seasonal specialties like their Lavender Matcha Latte, or try a single origin pour over coffee from one of the many global regions Mothership Coffee spotlights.
