Desert Breeze Plaza on Flamingo Road will soon be home to Boba Foxy Bubble Tea Shop.

Little is known yet about the restaurant or the details on its menu, but a countdown on its website indicates a September 30 opening. What Now Las Vegas reached out on Thursday to owner Oksana Malutina, who declined to comment.

The plaza, owned by NAI Vegas, is located in a high density residential area, with a traffic count of 34,000 cars per day on Flamingo Road and 28,000 cars per day on Durango Drive, according to a recent marketing brochure. 2019 figures show a population of 397,527 people within five miles of the site, which is itself located nine miles from McCarran International Airport and six miles from the Las Vegas Strip.

Desert Breeze is home to an eclectic group of locations, including retail, restaurants, and other services and organizations: Layla Grill & Hookah, Sushi Koma, Kumon, and Peniel Baptist Church, to name a few.
