The Collective, the retail center at the intersection of Paradise Road and Corporate Drive, is welcoming a new coffee shop into the mix. Building permit paperwork has been submitted to Clark County for a restaurant called “Qurago Coffee,” opening at 3900 Paradise Road.
What Now contacted a representative of Qurago Coffee on Thursday to ask about the restaurant’s projected opening timeline and the details on its menu.
“It should be a little more than two months,” the representative said.
That’s all that’s getting revealed for the moment, however. The menu is still under wraps.
Opening in the Collective, Qurago Coffee will join restaurants like Tacos & Beer, Cleaver, Middle Child, Musashi Japanese Steakhouse, Marrakech Mediterranean Restaurant, and more.
