A new restaurant is in the works just within the southern limits of Las Vegas’s Arts District. Called Wonder Fine Liquids, it will open (according to licensing paperwork submitted to the City of Las Vegas), at 1309 S Commerce Street, joining restaurants like Mi Barrio Kitchen & Cocktails and Servehzah Bottle Shop and Tap Room.
Details are still under wraps about this new spot. The name has brewery vibes, and indeed a page on beer site Untappd.com describes one of Wonder Fine Liquids’ fine liquids: the HUSH HUSH Sparkling Peer Ginger Cider, “a collaboration with Mojave Brewing and Nomikai Sushi, Sake & Speakeasy.”
There’s nothing but good news there. Meanwhile, the submitted documents are for a restaurant, so there’s probably food to be expected as well.
Behind Wonder Fine Liquids is James Manos, a founder of Able Baker Brewing. What Now contacted Manos last week to ask about Wonder Fine Liquids. Manos declined to share any details at this time.
So for now, we’ll just have to wait and see!
