San Jose-born souvlaki and gyro chain Nick the Greek is preparing for the Grand Opening of its first Las Vegas restaurant. The Grand Opening will be held on December 6, at 9255 S Eastern Avenue.
But that’s not all the brand is up to. Nick the Greek is also planning to open its second location, this time in Spring Valley, at 5060 S Fort Apache Road.
The second location is waiting on permits to begin construction, franchisee Brandon Volore told What Now on Monday.
“It should be early 2023,” Volore said.
This means even more of the Nick the Greek’s streamlined menu is on the way. That menu features a selection of pita sandwiches, including Beef/Lamb, Pork Souvlaki, Falafel, Veggie, and the Grecian Beefteki Burger. Plate dinners include the Gyro Plate, Souvlaki, and the Falafel plate. Of course, all this goes nicely with a selection of salads, fries, and sides.
And all of it becomes available here in Las Vegas this December 6, with the opening of the valley’s first Nick the Greek. Be sure not to miss it!
Opening next year, the Spring Valley location on South Fort Apache Road sits across the street from Best Mattress, just north of the intersection with West Reno Avenue. Nearby are eateries like Good Fella Korean Bistro, Squeeze In, The Magic Noodle, and Makai Pacific Island Grill.
