Noodle Harbor is a new concept set to hit Summerlin this year. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the new Noodle Harbor is planned for the Rock Springs Plaza at 7175 W Lake Mead Blvd, Suite 149.
Based on a Yelp page for the new eatery, construction is likely underway and slated to be completed soon. If all goes well with construction and permitting, Noodle Harbor should open this summer.
What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with Noodle Harbor owner Jianbo Zhang, who confirmed the opening. Unfortunately, Zhang was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.
“Modern Asian comfort food featuring handmade-style noodle soups, Chinese favorites, fresh poke bowls, and crispy appetizers,” the Noodle Harbor Yelp page reads.
“At Noodle Harbor, we combine bold flavors, quality ingredients, and fast, friendly service for both dine-in and takeout guests.”
Although there is a Yelp page for the new restaurant slated to open in Summerlin this year, there is no website or social media pages up and running at this time. With no online presence, it’s hard to say what else exactly the new concept will offer.
But, as we inch closer towards opening, we’re sure more details will come to light about this exciting new addition to the Las Vegas culinary scene. So, keep your ears perked and your eyes open for the latest.
Noodle Harbor is anticipated to open in Summerlin in the Rock Springs Plaza at 7175 W Lake Mead Blvd, Suite 149, by this summer.
