Back in June, What Now reported on plans for a new Captain Sam’s Fish and Chicken, then submitted to the Las Vegas Planning Commission, to open at 240 N Jones Blvd.

The fast-casual concept, which has one location in Las Vegas, along with several more in California, serves a menu featuring Fish Dinners, Chicken Dinners, Shrimp Dinners, and larger-size Family Dinners. Favorites from the menu include Sam’s Spicy Chicken Sandwich, “made with 2 juicy tenders, pickles and Captain Sam’s Secret Sauce.” There are also boneless and bone-in wings, a selection of salads and sides, plus desserts.

Now, licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County by Owens & Lamb, LLC shows plans for another Captain Sam’s, this time at 1625 N Lamb Blvd.

This location is situated on the northwest corner of the intersection with East Owens Avenue, among restaurants like Tacos El Cejas and Fred’s Tavern.

What Now reached out to Samim Bidi, the owner of the location, to ask about plans for what would be a third Las Vegas location. Bidi was not immediately available for comment.
