What Now Las Vegas reported in February on healthy fast salad chain Salad and Go’s plans to break into Greater Las Vegas with a ground-up drive-thru build on the corner of N El Capitan Way and N Durango Dr. It now appears that the chain’s move into Las Vegas will be (at least) twofold, as permit paperwork recently submitted to Clark County shows plans for another Salad and Go at 5235 S Fort Apache Rd, with an estimated $200,000 budgeted for construction.
Salad and Go’s Arizona locations have menus offering nine different salads, including Cobb, Caprese, Greek, Buffalo Chicken, and Jalapeño Ranch. These same flavor options can also be ordered as wraps. The menu also offers a variety of breakfast burritos, including Traditional, Fiesta, and Southwest, and a kid’s-size salad and Protein Box.
The Fort Apache location, situated just north of the intersection with W Hacienda Ave, will be part of a large cluster of food and drink locations, including fast and fast casual brands like Burger King, Del Taco, and Panera Bread, along with sit-down eateries like Brooklyn’s Best Pizza & Pasta and Nara Grill & Lounge.
What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of Salad and Go for comment on Thursday. No timeline for construction and opening of a Spring Valley Salad and Go has been announced.
