Located at 6887 Helen Toland St #110 in UnCommons Las Vegas, Wineaux is a wine shop and wine bar “brought to you with love, eccentricity and flair by McClain Camarota Hospitality.” At UnCommons, it offers all day sips and bites, wines, and happy hour specials.

“Wine market, bar and escape, Wineaux is at once a social destination and wine shopper’s paradise,” says the Wineaux website. “A thoughtfully selected and robust wine collection is the centerpiece, but what makes Wineaux really come alive is the care, passion and knowledge of the team that guides guests as they try, buy and fall in love with great wine at any price point.”

This week, What Now came across a trove of licensing documents submitted to the City of Las Vegas for six different restaurants: Ai Pazzi Pizza, For the Win, Nom Wah, Pearls Oyster Bar, Tacos 1986, and Wineaux—all of which to open in the Rampart Casino at the Resort at Summerlin.

Signs are therefore pointing to a sister location for the brand, opening as part of a bigger project at the Rampart Casino. What Now will be reporting on several other of these concepts as details come to light.

What Now reached out on Friday to McClain Camarota Hospitality Founder & Managing Partner Shawn McClain to ask about plans for a second Wineaux at the Rampart Casino. McClain was not immediately available for comment.
