MINISO is embarking on a Las Vegas Valley expansion. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the new MINISO is expected to open at 8800 W Charleston Blvd in the Boca Park Marketplace.
No word just yet on when exactly. But with permits in, we suspect that the new MINISO should open sometime this year.
What Now Las Vegas reached out to the CFO of Miniso Depot CA Inc, Bobby Choy, who was listed on the permit. Unfortunately, we did not hear back by the time of this publication. What Now also reached out to the Chief Executive Officer of Miniso USA, Tom Bartlebaugh, but we did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“We are a global lifestyle brand with a mission to create quality products and store experiences that are fun and full of discovery,” the MINISO US website reads.
“From everyday essentials to playful surprises, we turn ordinary moments into something a little more magical—designed for life, and made to smile.”
MINISO was founded in 2013 in Guangzhou, China, by entrepreneur Ye Guofu and Japanese designer Miyake Junya. Designed as a “Global IP Collection Store,” it grew rapidly by blending minimalist Japanese-style aesthetics with affordable pricing and pop-culture collaborations.

There are approximately 380 stores in the United States. The lifestyle retailer opened its first American location in Pasadena in 2017 and celebrated the opening of its 200th U.S. store in Santa Monica in late 2024. There are currently only six locations in Nevada.
MINISO is known for its bright, playful store layouts and massive pop culture collaborations. The fast-fashion variety store chain that sells affordable lifestyle and consumer goods, focusing on pop culture merchandise, cute plushies, cosmetics, and Japanese-inspired aesthetics.
“MINISO combines global design inspiration with locally curated products to create experiences that feel both familiar and new,” the brand’s US website reads.
“Our product portfolio is carefully curated to reflect what our communities love most, while celebrating the creativity and culture, making every MINISO location unique.”
