Bacio di Latte, an Italian gelato brand founded in 2011 by two brothers, is set to open a new location in Beverly Hills at 425 N. Canon Dr.
The company’s newest location will open down the street from the Beverly Hills Garden Park, according to Toddrickallen. It’s unclear when this site will open, but the eatery is currently hiring. Brothers Edoardo and Luigi launched this company to share the delicious treat with the world. Starting from their hometown of Milan, they traveled across Italy to learn traditional gelato recipes and discover high-quality raw materials. The company produces gelato fresh daily in every shop, making it in front of customers while honoring ancient gelato-making traditions.
While Bacio di Latte originated in Italy, the company has expanded to multiple locations throughout Southern California, including sites in Century City, Larchmont Village, Brentwood, Marina del Rey, Pasadena, Sawtelle, Calabasas, and more. Previously, What Now Los Angeles reported on new sites coming to Santa Monica and Topanga Village, but it’s unclear when these locations will open. This isn’t the only new Bacio di Latte location coming to Los Angeles, as the company is also working on an additional location in Beverly Grove, at 8300 W. 3rd Street, replacing Kate Spade Saturday.
Bacio di Latte prioritizes quality by sourcing the best organic milk and cream from family farms in Sonoma County, as well as premium raw materials from top producers worldwide, including chocolate from Belgium and Italy, pistachios from Italy, and hazelnuts from Piedmont. For their sorbets, they primarily use local fruits with minimal additives to preserve the natural flavor of the fruit. New flavors and spotlight varieties are introduced every three weeks, offering a range from classic favorites to fresh fruit sorbets. Bacio di Latte remains committed to maintaining high standards of quality and freshness.
