Chaumont, a French-inspired bakery and cafe, recently opened its fifth and largest location in Los Angeles at Irvine Company’s 2121 Avenue of the Stars in Century City. At 5,000 square feet, this new location features a full-service kitchen, allowing Chaumont to introduce an expanded menu that includes made-to-order breakfast and culinary-inspired lunch items alongside its pastries.

This opening marks Chaumont’s second location at an Irvine Company workplace, with its first opening last year at Westwood Gateway in Los Angeles.

“We are grateful to our customers that have embraced us from day one,” said Laila Abddaim, Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Chaumont in a statement.

“Opening at 2121 Avenue of the Stars is a significant milestone for us,” said Frederic Laski, Co-Founder of Chaumont. “As our largest dining space in one of LA’s most iconic buildings, it allows us to serve a diverse community of office professionals and locals.”

“The addition of Chaumont to 2121 Avenue of the Stars reflects our commitment to providing a premier environment for our customers,” said Roger DeWames, President of Irvine Company Office. “By bringing this celebrated local brand to our Century City workplace, we are reinforcing our dedication to providing an elevated workplace experience and welcoming spaces that bring our customers and their teams together.”

Founded in 2012 by Frederic Laski and Laila Abddaim, Chaumont takes its name from the park in Paris where Laski’s parents met. The bakery blends French tradition with Los Angeles innovation, using sustainable, organic ingredients such as Normandy butter, Belgian chocolate and almonds from California farms.

Since opening its first location in Beverly Hills, Chaumont’s popularity has driven rapid expansion. Today, the brand includes a dedicated plant-based line, Chaumont Vegan, featuring a proprietary vegan butter sold at premium retailers like Erewhon. Additionally, Chaumont supplies fresh, daily pastries to over 70 wholesale partners across Los Angeles, Orange County, Santa Barbara, and soon, San Diego.
