Love Notes Coffee & Wine, a community-focused cafe and wine bar, is getting ready to open in Los Angeles at 4770 W. Adams Blvd.
The new concept, founded by Montrese Chandler, has submitted a liquor license application for the West Adams address. While an exact opening date has yet to be announced, the company’s website lists the location as “coming soon.” Customers can expect specialty coffee, rare wines, and culturally inspired food pairings.
Love Notes Coffee & Wine describes itself as a place where culture and community connect, with a focus on creating a welcoming space for coffee, wine, and food. The company’s website highlights a selection of specialty coffees and rare wines, along with culinary offerings described as a fusion of flavors.
The 890-square-foot space is currently listed for lease as a retail property, with the potential to be combined with an adjacent restaurant space. The property is located along W. Adams Boulevard near several independent retail and creative businesses, including High Fidelity Records, Band of Vices, Tokyo Aquarium, and Earthbar.
Chandler is listed on LinkedIn as the founder of Love Notes Coffee & Wine, as well as a commercial real estate professional and designer. The company is also building an online retail component, selling limited edition totes and weekender bags inspired by the cafe, its West Adams location, and Los Angeles.
The online shop currently features several Love Notes Coffee & Wine designs, including the Signature West Adams Tote, Bird Emblem Eco Tote, Cuvée Carryall, and various limited edition weekender bags. The company says the merchandise is meant to spread brand awareness while building a connection with its community. For now, the West Adams cafe and wine bar remains listed as coming soon.
