Sacco, a new food and lifestyle concept rooted in food, culture, and care, is preparing to open its first location in Brentwood at 11677 San Vicente Blvd.
The new business is set to open in the former home of Ron Herman at Brentwood Gardens and is scheduled to open in Winter 2026, according to a press release from owner Giuseppe Sacco. The concept will focus on sandwiches, coffee, and everyday hospitality, with a small selection of salads also planned. More details are expected to be announced closer to the opening.
Before launching Sacco, Sacco co-founded global luxury fashion marketplace Italist and exited the company in 2025. The new concept is also informed by Sacco’s Sicilian heritage and his time living between Milan, New York, Paris, and Los Angeles. The address is within Brentwood Gardens, a shopping center in the Brentwood neighborhood. Other tenants include Cafe Landwer, Club Pilates, Ospi, Drybar, and more.
Sacco’s menu will center on sandwiches, with coffee served throughout the day from breakfast through the afternoon. The company says the food will focus on carefully sourced ingredients and simple preparation, with more menu details to be revealed before opening. The coffee program will be a dedicated part of the concept, while salads will round out the initial food offerings.
Sacco will also extend beyond its food and beverage offerings through its design and lifestyle components. According to the press release, the space, packaging, and uniforms will be developed as part of the same brand identity, while Sacco Editions will introduce objects and collaborations connected to design and culture.
