C&J’s Sports Bar Set to Charm Millington Residents

The beloved tavern is relocating from Atoka to Millington.

Millington, get ready to welcome a new favorite watering hole, courtesy of an out-of-town standby. After developing a dedicated fan and client base in Atoka, C&J’s Sports Bar is relocating to Millington, with an opening soon to come. 

The family-friendly establishment is hanging its shingle at  7838 Church Street. According to the Certificate of Occupancy permit filed with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development, C&J’s will occupy a 5,100 square foot space, with room for up to 120 customers. 

C&J’s announced that a move was occurring via social media post on August 29, though information pertaining to the location came later. A date has not yet been announced for the re-opening, though the bar’s Facebook page assures fans it is coming soon-Millington residents eager for information should follow along for all the news that’s fit to print (or post). 

C&J’s intends to keep all of the elements that made it such a success in Atoka-the social media page is already teasing the promise of karaoke, certain to draw a large and enthusiastic crowd. The restaurant is committed to cultivating a welcoming space for every visitor-it aspires to be: “The neighborhood’s favorite family-friendly hangout! Our passion for sports is as strong as our family ties. Dive into our vibrant atmosphere that’s great for all ages-whether you’re here to catch the game or enjoy awesome food, you’ll have a great time!”
