Gallegos Restaurant Bringing Mexican and Honduran Cuisine to Memphis

A new spot for authentic Mexican and Honduran cuisine is coming to Memphis’ Berclair neighborhood.

Gallegos Restaurant will soon open at 981 Berclair Rd, according to multiple permits filed with the city. The eatery’s Google Business page confirms this news.

The 1,600-square-foot restaurant will serve a variety of classic Mexican and Honduran dishes, including tacos, burritos, tamales, fried plantains, and crab soup.

In a brief exchange with What Now Memphis, owner Karina Rojas confirmed that Gallegos Restaurant is currently under construction. She plans to announce an opening date in the coming weeks.
