A popular pizzeria from Jackson, Tennessee is expanding to Germantown.
According to recent permits filed with the city, Rama Pizza is planning to open at 6696 Poplar Ave, within the same retail center as Sekisui East.
Owner Anwar Abdalnour confirmed this news with What Now Memphis but declined to share additional details, noting that the project is still in its early stages. However, patrons can expect the same menu as the original Jackson location, featuring a variety of pizzas, subs, salads, wings, and pasta.
Founded at the beginning of this year, Rama Pizza already has big plans for growth. In addition to the upcoming Germantown location, a second Jackson site is set to open soon.
Abdalnour couldn’t provide a specific opening date for the Germantown location, as he’s still in the process of scheduling the required health and fire inspections. He mentioned he would have more details next week, so be sure to check back for updates.
