Yet another restaurant is headed to Southaven’s Silo Square. Kyuramen, situated at 6221 Getwell Rd, will soon join the roster of upcoming establishments, including Belly Acres, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Rotolo’s Craft & Crust, Sippin Silo Wine Bar, and more.
Kyuramen, known for its upscale take on ramen, offers a menu that goes beyond the ordinary. In addition to its various ramen flavors, the restaurant serves steamed pork buns, Japanese fried oysters, shrimp tempura, matcha pudding, and more.
While the completion timeframe remains unspecified, one of the owners, Andy Sengmany, shared that the project is currently in progress. According to the Silo Square website, the anticipated completion date is set for early spring 2024.
