Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, a popular polished casual restaurant chain, is making its way to Southaven’s burgeoning Silo Square at 6283 Getwell Rd, where it plans to introduce its signature steak and seafood dishes to the area. Although the exact opening date remains undisclosed, the restaurant plans to welcome guests in the fall of 2024.
All Firebirds restaurants are company-owned and operated, with Garnett Station Partners recently taking over the franchise and CEO Steve Kislow leading the way. Firebirds Senior Director of Communications Eleni Kouvatsos shared that the upcoming Southaven location will mirror the menus of its nearby counterparts in Collierville and Bartlett. Anticipate the same brunch, lunch, and dinner offerings, featuring favorites like the Brunch Burger, Lobster Spinach Queso, Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls, and Ranch Rings.
Notably, the franchise has revamped its ambiance, emphasizing a fire-forward approach. Illuminated like beacons in the evening, outdoor fire features will distinguish the new restaurant from a distance. Guests can savor cocktails at the staple FIREBAR, whether in the dining room overlooking the wood-fired grill or on the patio beside the inviting outdoor fireplace.
“We’re so proud of the hand-cut, wood-fired grilled steaks, fresh seafood, and elevated experience that Firebirds offers,” said Kouvatsos. “We can’t wait to serve the Southaven community for years to come.” Prepare for a feast of flavors and a warm, welcoming atmosphere as Firebirds Wood Fired Grill becomes a culinary cornerstone in the Silo Square community.
