A growing New Jersey-based bagel franchise is expanding to the Memphis area.
The Bagel Nook is planning to open in Southaven‘s Silo Square at 6221 Getwell Rd, Suite 1. The new venture will be led by franchisee Brittany Kasprack, an Olive Branch-based chiropractor.
In an email exchange with What Now Memphis, Lexie Hill Grisanti, Silo Square’s Director of Marketing and Real Estate, expressed excitement about the new addition to the city’s leisure and recreation district.
“We, along with the community & their great response, are thrilled for The Bagel Nook to be joining the Silo Square community,” she wrote. “Like many of the restaurants here in Silo Square, The Bagel Nook is filling a need in a missing market. There’s nowhere in Southaven or even DeSoto County where you can go in and get a fresh bagel that you know and can taste is made daily.”
Known for its inventive and “overloaded” bagel creations, The Bagel Nook offers stuffed bagels with unique fillings like Oreos, Fruity Pebbles, and cookie dough. In addition to its 30+ varieties of bagels, customers can choose from 30 micro-batch cream cheese and butter spreads, including flavors like Birthday Cake and Nutella.
Beyond bagels, the menu features breakfast and lunch favorites such as pancakes, French toast, sandwiches, wraps, and quesadillas.
The upcoming Silo Square location will also offer custom catering for a variety of occasions, from corporate meetings to community celebrations. Customers can order specially themed bagels and donuts, such as team-colored creations for sports events or festive assortments for seasonal celebrations.
The Bagel Nook is set to rise in Silo Square by the end of April 2025.
