Exciting news for the local dining scene; something new is coming to the Memphis tavern scene. A new concept called Tulips Restaurant and Bar is preparing to pour a fresh one out for local visitors, paperwork indicates.

Tulips Restaurant and Bar will be blossoming into 7825 Winchester Road, suite 122. The establishment is poised to join a shopping center with fellow residents Huey’s Southwind and Party World.

There is not presently a great deal of information available about the concept; the restaurant does not currently have a digital footprint. A certificate of occupancy under review as of November 20 by the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development shows that the restaurant will be serving alcohol and will function as a brew pub as well as an eatery.

An opening timeline is not presently available for the brand new concept.

What Now Memphis has reached out to ownership for further information and will keep readers updated as more details become available.
