A restaurant rooted in “hard work, family and love” is set to open later this year in Jupiter.
Fabricant Farms will debut at 16891 Jupiter Farms Rd. in the former Taylor Farmhouse space.
“It’s going to be very traditional to how it was before. It’s very farmhouse style,” owner Tyler Fabricant told Whatnow Miami.
The simple, modern interior will open onto a spacious outdoor area featuring a 2,000-square-foot deck, a 2,000-square-foot covered patio and a separate stage area.
“It’ll be a very fun environment to bring your family and friends or for people to just hang out and gather,” he said.
The menu will offer something for every palate, from flatbreads, handhelds, burgers and tacos to hearty entrees such as fish and steak.
It will also feature classics from Taylor Farmhouse.
“We’re going to work with the old owners to bring back some old hits because the community really got to love them. We’re also going to create our own Fabricant Farm favorites,” Fabricant said.
During the early stages of construction, Fabricant purchased a food truck some foodies may remember as “The Fab Truck.” The truck will make a comeback, parking outside the property and serving tacos and burritos.
Fabricant has more planned for the property beyond the restaurant and food truck.
“The restaurant is the main ingredient to start with. Eventually, on the property, we want to add a coffee shop, an ice cream shop, a little market and possibly an arcade,” he said.
The team has spent two years working on the project and is eager to finally open its doors.
“We’re excited to actually be moving forward and doing something that took years in the making. We can’t wait for opening day and be able to serve the customers. I feel like by the end of the year, we should be up and running,” he said.
