With locations in cities like Birmingham, Daytona Beach, Pittsburgh, and Sarasota, Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse offers a broad selection of steak and seafood choices. It now appears that the chain has signed a lease to open a new location at 601 E Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach.

The Sarasota location’s dinner menu opens with raw bar choices like Jumbo Lump Crab Cocktail, Oysters on the Half Shell, and Wagyu Beef Carpaccio. Steaks and Chops include Filet Mignon, a 36 Day Dry-Aged Bone-in Ribeye, a New York Strip Steak, and Double Cut Lamb Chops. Other Seafood choices include Surf & Turf and Lobster Tail.

Cocktails include the Black Cherry Old Fashioned (Old Forester bourbon, Amaretto di Saronno, black cherry syrup, old fashioned bitters), the Hibiscus Cosmopolitan (Wheatley vodka, Cointreau, hibiscus, cranberry, lime juice, citrus bubble), and The Best Espresso Martini You’ve Ever Had (Wheatley vodka, coffee liqueur, vanilla liqueur, cold brew).

Situated on the northeast corner of the intersection with Northeast Sixth Avenue, the East Atlantic Avenue location would join a food and beverage community that includes The Hampton Social, J&J Seafood Bar and Grill, and Hawkers Asian Street Food.
