Pilar Coffee Bar, the locally owned shop that specializes in coffee drinks, is on the move.
PBC Cafe Stuart recently filed permit applications with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to open a Pilar Coffee Bar at 7100 Fairway Drive in Palm Beach Gardens. No official opening date has been announced. The coffee shop’s website also notes that locations are coming soon to Coral Springs, and Delray Beach along with three locations in Long Island, New York and one on Aurora, Colorado.
Pilar Coffee Bar is known for its coffees made with mountain grown coffee beans sourced from high-altitude regions of Brazil and Colombia. Pilar also offers ice coffees, pastries, and an all-day menu of breakfast items, gourmet sandwiches, and an ancient grains salad bowl. Pilar also offers a menu of chocolate drinks, including hot and cold chocolate beverages. If you want to cool off, Pilar Coffee Bar also offers affogatos — refreshing dishes of gelato doused with premium espresso.
