Pilar Coffee Bar, the boutique coffee shop and bistro, is expanding throughout South Florida.
In a press release, the South Florida-based company announced it would open 11 new franchised locations by the end of 2027. The next location to open will be located in Roslyn, New York, followed by locations in Colorado, and Florida, including Miami and Coral Springs.
La Chai Corporation has filed permit applications with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to open a Pilar Coffee Bar at 3300 University Drive in Coral Springs. An opening date has not been announced.
The first Pilar Coffee Bar opened in Deerfield Beach 18 months ago, and has become a favorite stop for people who seek out premium coffee  in a chic European setting. The restaurant serves coffee drinks made from internationally sourced, mountain-grown beans. Pilar Coffee Bar also offers signature drinks such as a toasted marshmallow latte, the raspberry matcha bliss, a Dubai pistachio latte, a chocolate hazelnut latte, and a Biscoff butter cookie latte.
Pilar Coffee Bar also serves artisanal pastries, salads, soups, juices, and more.  Pilar Coffee Bar also has a good assortment of vegetarian and vegan items, so there’s something for everyone.
