A new Key West spot promises to bring several different culinary concepts under one roof.
Reserve Key West LLC recently filed permit applications with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to open The Reserve Key West at 510 Southard Street, just steps from Duval Street, considered to be the tourist hub of Key West. An opening date has not been announced, but The Reserve’s Facebook page says, merely, “coming in 2026“.
Billed as a culinary collective, The Reserve Key West will offer several different restaurants and cocktails inside a converted bank building. A Facebook reel displays the original bank vault, giving the space an industrial, retro feel.
More than a “food hall”, The Reserve will be a sophisticated place to enjoy a meal and cocktails. The Reserve will tap into retro vibes, offering a 50s Midcentury experience.
Located in Key West’s Old Town neighborhood, The Reserve Key West will join classic restaurants such as Sloppy Joe’s, Louie’s Backyard, and Blue Heaven as interesting spots to stop at while visiting the Conch Republic.
