Riviera Dining Group has signed a 10-year agreement with E11even Hotel & Residences, a “luxury, dual-tower development” in Miami’s District 11, to open a 16,000-square-foot restaurant with a 5,200-square-foot lounge, plus a members-only rooftop concept, says recent coverage in the South Florida Business Journal.
“E11even Hotel & Residences prides itself on demonstrating a world-class, over-the-top lifestyle in the heart of downtown Miami. We are pleased to have Riviera Dining Group’s talented hospitality team join us in bringing that vision to life for our residents and guests,” says Ryan Shear Managing Partner at PMG—which recently announced the news together with E11even Partners—in the Journal coverage.
You might know Riviera Dining Group as the force behind Mila, located in Miami Beach, which serves up a menu inspired by both Mediterranean and Japanese cuisines, and which recently added several other concepts, including the members-only MM Club, the ten-seat Mila Omakase, and Mila Lounge. Riviera Dining Group also operates South Beach’s Bâoli Miami.
RDG’s restaurant at E11even Hotel & Residences will be on the second floor but will have a ground-floor escalator entrance allowing easy access to residents. Information on the restaurant’s food offerings is not yet available.
