Tenka Sushi – Modern Asian is preparing to open at 12465 Northlake Blvd., Suite 100, in Palm Beach Gardens.

A filing with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation shows the restaurant moving through the approval process at the Northlake Boulevard space. Co-owner David Jiang told What Now Miami that the team is currently targeting an October or November opening.

The new restaurant will have about 4,000 square feet and feature a 270-degree open kitchen. Plans also include a 14-seat sushi bar, a 12-seat full bar, and an outdoor patio that can accommodate up to 50 guests.

Tenka will serve modern Asian cuisine influenced by flavors from Japan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia.

The concept comes from Bill, David, and Jim, three longtime restaurant professionals who relocated from New York City to Florida in 2020 and have more than 25 years of combined experience.
