Luxury luggage brand RIMOWA is expanding its South Florida footprint with a new boutique at Aventura Mall, located at 19501 Biscayne Blvd. in Aventura.
The store, currently listed as “coming soon,” on the Aventura Mall website, will add to the mall’s collection of fine and luxury goods with neighbors like Gucci, Tiffany, and Dior. An official opening date has not been announced.
The boutique will showcase RIMOWA’s signature collection of premium luggage and travel accessories, including its iconic grooved aluminum suitcases that have become synonymous with luxury travel. Shoppers can also expect the brand’s latest travel essentials and accessories.
Founded in Cologne, Germany, in 1898 by Paul Morszeck, RIMOWA has spent more than 125 years perfecting the art of travel. The company pioneered the use of lightweight aluminum in luggage, a design that remains its hallmark today. Since 2017, RIMOWA has been owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, the world’s largest luxury goods company, whose portfolio includes Louis Vuitton, Dior, Tiffany & Co., Fendi and Bulgari.
Today, RIMOWA operates more than 150 boutiques worldwide, reflecting its continued investment in direct-to-consumer retail and luxury shopping experiences.
