Local brand Spirulina Health Bar is planning its next expansion. The brand will open a new location at DIX30 in Brossard, according to a recent social media announcement from Spirulina Health Bar. The team is targeting an opening around the end of November or early December, co-owner Jessica Power told What Now Montreal.
Power and her co-founder Olivia launched the brand in 2021 in Westmount. As a naturopath, Power was interested in building a brand around healthy eating in Montreal.
The brand offers smoothies, acai bowls, toasts, salads, coffee beverages, matcha and health supplements.
“Our mission is to build a wellness community that extends past our restaurants,” the website states. “This is only just the beginning and we look forward to continuing to serve you and welcome you along our never ending wellness journey.”
Since opening in Westmount, Spirulina has expanded to downtown, Old Montreal and Royalmount.
