Island Fin Poké, a national chain for Hawaiian-style poké bowls, is coming soon to Nashville at 70 White Bridge Rd. Franchise owners Tammy and Scott Fitzpatrick are heading up the operations of this location.

It’s likely the restaurant may open start of May at the earliest, depending on construction efforts being completed in a timely manner.

“We are so excited to be launching a new brand and to bring a healthy alternative to the fast-casual space in Nashville,” Tammy told What Now Nashville in a phone interview.

Island Fin only recently entered the Tennessee market with its first location opening in November of 2022. This new location will be the first to enter the busy Nashville market, though the Poké scene isn’t as populated as other restaurant chains are in Music City. The store is sure to draw in customers to the busy shopping complex shared with neighbors like Trader Joe’s and Target.

The brand Island Fin is a Florida-based fast-casual franchise known for its build-your-own poké bowls made with healthy ingredients. With plentiful options including eight proteins, 25 different toppings, gluten-free house-made sauces, and specialty mix-ins, the menu can be curated for almost anyone’s cravings.

One of the fan-favorites of Island Fin’s menu is their Dole pineapple soft serve ice cream, which will be served at the new Nashville location.

It’s unknown when a grand-opening date will be for the Nashville location as the process is still in the very early stages, however, the goal is to open by May, according to the Fitzpatricks.

Currently, Island Fin Poké has locations operating in 15 states, with more on the way.
