The Rosemary & Beauty Queen team is bringing a new neighborhood bar concept, Strega, to 1405 Gallatin Avenue.

The bar, which will have two floors, will serve an Italian-inspired food and beverage program, according to reporting by the Nashville Business Journal. The bar is expected to open in April.

What Now Nashville got in touch with Andrew Mischke, a co-owner of Rosemary & Beauty Queen. He confirmed the upcoming concept but did not provide additional details at this time. Matthew Bell and Jim O’Shea are also part of the Rosemary & Beauty Queen team.

Strega’s Instagram page currently displays the logo — a crescent moon and a black cat — and describes the concept as “your favorite bar’s favorite bar.”

Rosemary & Beauty Queen has been open since 2017. The bar serves cocktails, wine, beer, cannabis-infused beverages and zero-proof cocktails. Rosemary & Beauty Queen returned from a temporary closure last year after suffering fire damage, as previously reported by What Now Nashville.

Mischke expects to reveal further details about Strega once the team is closer to opening.
