Karla Monge is looking to bring a new food truck called El Tesoro Catracho to a lot in Antioch at 214 Crossings Place, according to a recent permit filed with Metro. It would take over a lot at The Crossings at Hickory Hollow.
The permit indicates plans “to establish and operate a food truck on-site for the preparation and sale of food as part of a commercial food service.”
In a phone interview with What Now Nashville, Monge shared that the new concept would serve Mexican food and that she plans to have the food truck remain stationary in the permanent location in Antioch.
Monge is waiting for approval and for permitting to go through. However, if all goes according to plan, she hopes to open up the spot later this spring, potentially in May.
That stretch of Crossings Place is home to several businesses, including Hampton Inn Nashville, a Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Wendy’s and Hunt Brothers Pizza.
