According to its website and confirmed by franchise owner Manav Patel, Savi Provisions will open its second Nashville location later this year in The Nations neighborhood at 4840 Centennial Blvd, Suite 101.
Patel told What Now Nashville the location is likely to welcome customers in late October or early November of this year if construction is completed on time. Patel is also the owner of a few Savi Provisions in the Atlanta area and is gearing up to open in Emory Village in a few weeks. As a recent college graduate, Patel has always known he’s wanted to take the entrepreneurial route. A jack of all trades, Patel runs the construction project, develops the business, and serves as the owner.
Founded in 2009 in Atlanta, Georgia, Savi Provisions has expanded to over 20 locations across three states, with an emphasis on a flexible community-focused growth strategy. The cafe, deli, and market offers a wide variety of grab-and-go prepared foods, charcuterie boards, a full breakfast and lunch menu consisting of made-to-order gourmet sandwiches and omelets, an extensive wine selection, and an espresso bar.
Savi Provisions aims to highlight locally sourced goods in every area it serves. “My team and I are most excited to open to the community and give them a neighborhood destination market with locally sourced gourmet and organic foods, fine wines, and spirits,” Patel told What Now Nashville.
“Each of our locations works closely with local farmers, vineyards, and distilleries to stock the best organic fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, fine wine, and spirits so that local families and friends can conveniently and quickly seat an impressive table,” states the Savi Provisions website.
