Dollar Tree is preparing a new retail space at 4709 Nolensville Pike in Nashville, with Metro Nashville issuing a commercial renovation permit for the property on September 16. The project involves converting an existing CVS Pharmacy to make way for the discount retailer.
The permit lists a construction value of $537,000. Vision General Contractors of Georgia LLC, based in Summerville, South Carolina, is named as the contractor. The property owner is listed as Richland South LLC. Interior architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and fire protection work is planned for the space. A commercial building progress inspection was marked approved on September 22.
Dollar Tree has also begun recruiting for the upcoming location. The company’s careers website lists a full-time Merchandising Assistant Manager position for the store.
Although the renovation permit has been issued and recruitment is underway, the available records do not confirm a store opening date. Dollar Tree could not be reached for comment prior to publication.
