Columbus Circle Holiday Market to Open for Shoppers
The Columbus Circle Holiday Market, celebrated for its European-style layout, sets up at 59th Street and Central Park West. The event hosts more than 100 artisans and designers who line the sidewalk with their stalls right outside Central Park.
Vendors sell handmade artwork, home décor, jewelry, specialty foods, and other one-of-a-kind pieces. According to the official website of Central Park, shoppers are suggested to visit the place hungry and indulge in tacos, donuts, burek, and bratwurst at the market. Along with the food vendors, the market will spotlight several small businesses.
Featured vendors include Centuries Clayworks, known for its framed artwork with miniature clay figures, and Cuddle Crepes, a Brooklyn-based crepe maker. Shoppers will also find handcrafted wooden puzzles from Mosaic Puzzles.
Visitors can also head to Wollman Rink for ice skating or take a winter stroll through Central Park.
Operating Hours:
Urbanspace, the company behind several of the city’s seasonal markets, produces the Columbus Circle Holiday Market. The market will be open from December 2 to December 31. Attendees can come Monday through Friday, from 11 AM to 8 PM.
