Legion Investment Group and Nahla Capital announced the successful topping off of 1122 Madison Avenue, bringing the 26-residence condominium on the Upper East Side.

Designed by globally known Studio Sofield, the condominium is situated on one of the neighborhood’s most coveted blocks, just steps from Central Park and The Metropolitan Museum of Art. When complete, the 22-story building will stand as a new landmark, embodying a timeless reinterpretation of classic prewar design. The architectural vision specifies an exquisite Indiana limestone façade, featuring sculpted stone reliefs, rope-trimmed windows, and custom decorative railings. Residences range from three to five-plus bedrooms, and select homes will feature terraces, balconies, and decorative Juliet balconies, all designed to capture sweeping, protected views of Central Park, the historic district, and the Midtown skyline.

“The completion of the superstructure at 1122 Madison Avenue is an incredibly important milestone for Legion Investment Group. It brings us one step closer to revealing the project’s full architectural form and introducing a distinguished new landmark on the Upper East Side. This is a truly rare opportunity to deliver high-caliber residential living in an irreplaceable location, surrounded by Central Park, renowned cultural institutions, and the legendary dining and fashion houses that define Madison Avenue,” said Victor Sigoura, Founder and CEO of Legion Investment Group in a statement.

“At 1122 Madison Avenue, William Sofield and his team have created something rare and exceptional—an offering that is both refined and distinctive, seamlessly blending timeless Upper East Side elegance with bold architectural expression. It’s remarkable to watch this building come to life,” said Genghis Hadi, Managing Principal and Co-Founder at Nahla Capital.

Sales are expected to launch imminently and will be exclusively led by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group and The Cathy Franklin Team at The Corcoran Group. Residences begin at $10 million, and the building is slated for completion in mid-2027. For more information, visit www.1122madisonavenue.com.
