According to a news release by BXP, it plans to anchor 343 Madison with an ‘investment-grade financial institution.’ The unnamed tenant is set to occupy 30% of the office tower.
Features of the Midtown Manhattan-based Project
The 930,000-square-foot tower will feature 40 office floors. Each of these will range from 27,500 square feet in the podium to 21,500 square feet in the high-rise.
343 Madison offers amenities, such as a client-exclusive club and private terraces. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the office property will offer occupants a food and beverage program featuring a lobby café. The building will offer bicycle storage with cabanas and showers.
Emphasis on Sustainability
343 Madison Avenue is focusing on sustainability with its completely electric structure. An efficient direct outside air system and zero on-site combustion are other aspects of the Midtown Manhattan establishment. The project is targeting top-tier certifications including LEED Platinum, Energy Star 85+, WiredScore Platinum, Fitwel, and Well Core.
With its amenities, sustainability features, and central location, 343 Madison Avenue is positioned to set a new standard for office development in New York City.
